Who we are

paidacquisition.co ("we", "us") runs this website and the paid media and creative services offered through it. We are the controller of the personal information described below. You can reach us any time at harry@paidacquisition.co.

What we collect

Information you give us:

  • Your name and email address, when you unlock your calculator results or apply for an audit.
  • The figures you type in: current and target monthly revenue, blended ROAS, and the share of growth you expect from returning customers.
  • Headline numbers worked out from your ad data: your monthly ad spend, your creative hit rate, and how many new ads a month your target takes.
  • If you apply for an audit: your landing page URL and a link to the ad creative you share with us.
  • Anything else you choose to tell us by email or on a call.

What stays on your device

The Meta Ads Manager CSV you upload to the Creative Volume Calculator is read inside your own browser. The file itself is never sent to us and never leaves your device. Only the headline numbers listed above are saved, and only when you choose to unlock your results.

What we collect automatically

Like most websites, we receive some information automatically when you visit:

  • Your IP address and basic browser information, used for security checks and kept in server logs.
  • Cookies and similar technology set by the Meta pixel, which tells us whether an advert led to a visit or an enquiry.
  • The details you give when booking a call, such as your chosen time and time zone.

Why we use it

We use your information to:

  • Show you the results you asked for and send you a copy.
  • Reply to you, follow up, and send related emails you can unsubscribe from at any time.
  • Arrange and prepare for the call you book with us.
  • Keep our forms free of bots and abuse.
  • Measure and improve our own advertising.

Who processes it for us

We use a small number of established services, each of which handles your information under its own privacy terms:

  • Kit (kit.com) — email and subscriber records.
  • Meta Platforms — advertising measurement through the Meta pixel.
  • Cloudflare — Turnstile, the check that confirms you are not a bot.
  • Calendly — scheduling the call you book.
  • YouTube (Google) — the videos embedded on our pages.
  • Vercel — hosting and server logs.

Legal bases

Where UK or EU data protection law applies, we rely on your consent for marketing email and non-essential cookies, which you can withdraw at any time; on our legitimate interests in securing the site, preventing abuse and running our business; and on performing a contract where you have asked us to provide something.

How long we keep it

We keep subscriber records until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, and security and server logs for a short period. Ask us to delete your information at any time and we will.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your information, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to receive it in a portable form. Every marketing email we send has an unsubscribe link. If you believe we have handled your information badly, you can complain to your data protection authority — in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office.

Cookies

The Meta pixel sets cookies used for advertising measurement. Embedded YouTube videos and the Calendly booking widget may set their own cookies when you interact with them. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings; the calculator still works without them.

Children

This site is meant for people running businesses and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information about children.

Changes to this policy

We update this page when our practices change. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
